VISION

MISSION

To be the leading force in designing habit-driven systems that unlock optimal performance, lasting wellbeing, and meaningful transformation—for people and organizations alike.

Re;Habit exists to transform the way people live, work, and lead—by integrating psychology, coaching, and behavior design into habit-building systems that promote wellbeing, synergy, and peak performance.

OUR STORY

At Re;Habit, we know what it’s like to show up for others while secretly running on empty.
As wellbeing coaches and mental health professionals, we’ve spent years helping people manage stress, build resilience, and create better routines. But here’s the truth: we’ve been burned out, too.

We’ve felt the pressure to keep performing, even when our energy was low and our wellbeing was taking a hit. After going through our own cycles of exhaustion and recovery, we learned something important—sustainable performance isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about building smarter habits.

That’s why we created Re;Habit: a space to reimagine daily routines that support not just success, but sustainability. Because we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between doing great work and feeling well while doing it.

Meet the Founders

Aless Arpon - HQ.jpg

Founder

Dr. Alessandra "Aless" Arpon, RPsy

  • LinkedIn

Clinical Psychologist. Wellbeing Coach. Systems Thinker.

Aless believes that real change begins not with grand gestures, but with the small, often overlooked choices we make each day.

As a licensed psychologist, clinical operations leader, and behavior design strategist, she has spent over a decade helping individuals and organizations navigate stress, structure change, and sustain excellence. From counseling rooms to boardrooms, Aless observed a common pattern: people striving for peak performance while quietly struggling to stay well.

Re;Habit was born from her lived experience—combining psychology, coaching, and systems thinking into a sustainable approach to personal growth and organizational development. Her work bridges evidence-based mental performance tools with real-world constraints, creating space for change that is both meaningful and manageable.

When she’s not leading habit-driven transformation, Aless is likely deep into trail running, teaching, or tinkering with ways to make self-care feel less like a checklist—and more like a quiet revolution.

Wellbeing Coach

Mheng believes that transformation doesn’t happen all at once—it unfolds in moments of clarity, consistency, and connection.

As a coach, educator, and learning designer, she has spent over 15 years guiding individuals and institutions through change. From classrooms to coaching rooms, Mheng has helped school leaders, corporate teams, and communities realign with their values, build resilience, and lead with intention.

Her work in large-scale learning ecosystems—like the DepEd-NEAP Coaching Program and values-driven leadership initiatives—has shaped thousands of lives across sectors. But behind every successful program is a quiet truth Mheng carries: sustainable growth begins with habits that honor both who we are and who we are becoming.

When not designing pathways for personal and organizational growth, Mheng finds joy in slow mornings, meaningful conversations, and creating space for others to feel seen, supported, and capable of change.
